Where do I buy Visual Client?
Purchase through our official store at alatic.store. Once you have a key, sign in here and redeem it.
I already redeemed on Discord. Do I need to do it again?
No. Sign in with the same Discord account to see your existing licences.
Can I change computers?
Your dashboard lets you reset your hardware binding. A cooldown applies between self-service resets. Contact support if you need help.
Why are downloads paused?
We are preparing a major update. Purchases and account access are separate from download availability; downloads will return when the update is ready.
